Singapore’s Personalised Employment

A special category of Singapore work visa is called the Personalised Employment Pass (PEP), for top-tier professionals, and is not exclusive to one employer. PEP holders don’t need to reapply for a new pass when changing jobs and can just submit the PEP notification form to MOM. Thus, PEP holders have the freedom to pursue any desired employment opportunity in Singapore. Their eligibility directly depends on the previous monthly salaries drawn:
